The Challenge

We collaborated with Helpia's design and communication team to develop a website based on high-quality design. Through this site, they seek to centralize all the points of contact and profiles of hundreds of certified agents, who are prepared and trained to answer users' queries. We developed a custom WordPress site focused on user experience and responsive design that makes it easy to use on all devices. We also set up Google Analytics tracking to help them build their customer community through social media.

We developed a site 100% adapted to the requirements, exploring a highly versatile tool to unify communication with an emphasis on B2b channels. We sought to highlight the main services of the company: online customer service, in-house agents, allowing to contain the fixed costs of companies or start-ups.
